The Medium-Pressure Gluing System is an economical solution specifically engineered for the folding and gluing industry. It delivers simple, reliable, and high-precision adhesive application, ensuring perfect results every time.

Simply adjust the settings for line/dot patterns, glue length, and placement. The glue pressure automatically synchronizes with the machine speed, ensuring a short learning curve and rapid mastery for operators.

Basic Configuration The Xact Control System supports up to 4 glue guns and 4 sensors, significantly enhancing your production quality and efficiency.

Working Principle

Piston PumpThe piston pump pressurizes the adhesive directly from the container and delivers it to the applicator heads through specialized high-pressure hoses.

Xact ControllerAs the heart of the system, the Xact controller features an intuitive user interface capable of managing up to four glue guns. Each gun can be programmed with up to 8 glue segments, significantly enhancing the flexibility of your production line.

Glue GunsWorking in tandem with high-speed sensors (photoelectric eyes), these guns ensure precise positioning during the gluing process. Accurate placement and optimized adhesive volume guarantee superior bonding quality at any machine speed.
