Working Principle

Plasma NozzleUtilizes a piston pump to pressurize bulk adhesive from the drum, delivering it to the nozzle through a high-pressure hose.

Control PanelFeatures an LCD-based HMI (Human-Machine Interface) with a graphical operating environment, providing comprehensive information display and precise equipment parameter settings.

A client is currently operating our GM-1100 Folder Gluer for production. Since the printed surface of the paper is laminated with a PP film, we have integrated a Plasma Treatment System. This ensures that the adhesive bonds firmly to the glue flap.
