The AP-1060 Die-Cutter is a universal powerhouse capable of handling thin paper, cardstock, laminated board, and corrugated board (up to B-flute). It offers a rich variety of configurations and options, featuring both Gripper (Claw-type) and Pin-type transport systems to suit different production needs.

Working Principle

Double Stripping & Blanking Model (TBS Model)By configuring two stripping units in tandem, the TBS model makes automatic blanking (product separation) possible after the stripping process. This significantly reduces processing time for multi-up layouts and expands the range of high-precision products you can manufacture.

Control PanelEngineered with a focus on ergonomics, featuring intuitive switch placement for superior operability. Through the touchscreen interface, operators can easily manage maintenance modes, sensor calibrations, and synchronization timing for various machine sections.
