The CUP-450 Fully Automatic Cup Sleeve Folder Gluer is specifically engineered for micro-flute corrugated board. It specializes in side-glued cup sleeves, delivering rapid and stable production for large-scale demands.

Working Principle

Feeder SectionEquipped with a vibration motor for smooth feeding. And built with an independent operation panel and monitoring screen.

Final Folder SectionAt high speed production, the folding knife device can precisely fold creasing lines to coordinate with the subsequent automatic packaging operation line.

Trombone SectionThe upper and lower carrier-belts can be adjusted independently. During production, no matter the speed is fast or slow, they can automatically track and locate.

Pressing Conveyor SectionFast operation of Pressing Conveyor. A firm pressure can be secured without opening issue. Auto. speed adjustment by electrical induction according to production rate.

Intelligent HMIEquipped with intelligent Human and Machine Interface. Operation panel can be easily understood at a glance.

Automation upgrade configuration

Auto. Glue Injection SystemReplacing traditional upper and lower glue wheels, this system offers convenient setup and cleaning. It reduces glue consumption while eliminating the problem of "glue slinging" (flying glue).
Pre-Feeding Carton for Folder GluerWith this configuration, a single operator can manage 2 to 3 production lines. The pre-stacking area accommodates 8 to 10 stacks of paper and features a foldable design for compact storage when not in use.

Detection system configuration

Glue Detection System (Roll-on or Spray glue detection)Equipped with high-resolution sensors, this system provides real-time detection of low glue volume or missing glue. The controller is user-friendly and features an intuitive interface for quick operator mastery.
Barcode Detection SystemThe sensor performs a full digital assessment of each printed surface. With just one standard sample for calibration, the control software utilizes autonomous learning, eliminating the need for manual alignment. This is particularly critical for food and pharmaceutical packaging.
