The GM-1450 Fully Automatic Folder Gluer features creasing wheels and a squaring device to minimize production waste. Equipped with pneumatic lifting seats and supporting one-key automated setup, it enables rapid job changeovers, significantly boosting your overall operational efficiency.

Setup Time：Less than 5 minutes

Production width is adjusted via the HMI. By simply inputting the sheet dimensions, the system performs one-key automated setup, including the positioning of the lower glue tanks. Equipped with pneumatic lifting seats and requiring minimal tools for component adjustments, the machine allows operators to become proficient quickly, ensuring a low learning curve.

Working Principle

Feeder SectionEnsures flat, straight feeding without skewing. Fully equipped with a suction device and perforated belts, electronically controlled side guides, pneumatic auxiliary feeding knives, auxiliary support racks, and an integrated monitoring screen for real-time tracking.

Crash-Lock bottom SectionFeatures a high-rigidity, pneumatic spring-loaded hook assembly, providing the most stable and reliable method for high-speed crash-lock bottom processing.

Final-Folding SectionFeatures multi-angle guide wheels and large-scale folding belts powered by high-performance motors. This setup ensures superior stability when folding heavy-duty 3-layer and 5-layer corrugated boxes.

Trombone SectionDriven by independent motors with individual speed control for left and right belts. By utilizing speed differentials, the system further enhances box alignment (squaring) and creates optimal spacing between boxes to prevent collisions, ensuring a smooth and continuous production flow.

Pressing Conveyor SectionThe heavy-duty conveyor provides firm, consistent pressure to prevent box spring-back. Integrated electronic sensors automatically synchronize the conveyor's speed with the main machine's operating rate for seamless output.

Automation upgrade configuration

One-Touch PositioningBy simply inputting the box parameters, the one-touch automated positioning ensures rapid and accurate setup. All carrier plates are motor-driven, significantly reducing manual labor and saving valuable production time.
Auto. Glue Injection SystemReplacing traditional upper and lower glue wheels, this system offers convenient setup and cleaning. It reduces glue consumption while eliminating the problem of "glue slinging" (flying glue).
Counter Ejector ConveyorConnected to the end of the conveyor section, this unit automatically counts and stacks cartons. It can be integrated with fully or semi-automatic strapping machines to further enhance production line automation.

Detection system configuration

Glue Detection System (Roll-on or Spray glue detection)Equipped with high-resolution sensors, this system provides real-time detection of low glue volume or missing glue. The controller is user-friendly and features an intuitive interface for quick operator mastery.
Barcode Detection SystemThe sensor performs a full digital assessment of each printed surface. With just one standard sample for calibration, the control software utilizes autonomous learning, eliminating the need for manual alignment. This is particularly critical for food and pharmaceutical packaging.
