The GM-2600D Down-fold Folder Gluer is specifically engineered for high-volume, stable production of RSC and side-glued boxes. The rear section is designed for seamless integration with automatic strapping machines. Featuring electronic adjustments for rapid job changeovers, it allows the same number of operators to achieve significantly higher production output.

Production width is adjusted directly via the HMI panel. With minimal tools required for component adjustments, operators can become proficient quickly, ensuring a low learning curve and seamless operation.

Working Principle

FeederCorrect feeding without skewness by suction and hole-belts. Electrical control of left and right baffles. Built with a pneumatic auxiliary feeding knife and paper holder.

Final-FolderMulti-angle guide wheels and large-size folding belts are equipped with high-power motors to produce 3-layer and 5-layer corrugated boxes more stably.

Stacking and Square UnitAuto. stacking and align cartons. After counting to a certain number of cartons, then auto. delivery.

Square and Delivery UnitAuto. counting and delivery. The stacked output can be directly packed and shipped.

Automation upgrade configuration

Auto. Glue Injection SystemReplacing traditional upper and lower glue wheels, this system offers convenient setup and cleaning. It reduces glue consumption while eliminating the problem of "glue slinging" (flying glue).

Detection system configuration

Glue Detection System (Roll-on or Spray glue detection)Equipped with high-resolution sensors, this system provides real-time detection of low glue volume or missing glue. The controller is user-friendly and features an intuitive interface for quick operator mastery.
