The conveyor section can be customized with an extended length. It also supports an auxiliary transverse delivery unit (lateral conveyor) at the discharge end, significantly improving collection efficiency for operators.

Working Principle

Feeder SectionEquipped with specialized feeding knives and a vibration motor for high-speed stability. Perforated belts and a suction device ensure sheets are delivered flat and straight.

Pre-folder SectionMaintains clear and stable pre-folding at high speeds, facilitating seamless integration with downstream automated packaging lines.

Final-Folding SectionExtended folding belts and universal guide wheels ensure gradual, precise folding and bonding.

Trombone SectionFeatures an extendable pressure bar design that adjusts to various box types. The system automatically tracks and positions products regardless of production speed.

Pressing Conveyor SectionThe heavy-duty conveyor ensures firm pressure without spring-back. Electronic sensors automatically synchronize the conveyor speed with the main machine's operation.
