The GM-650G is a flagship folder gluer integrated with an inline print inspection and rejection unit. Featuring one-key automated setup, it ensures fast and stable production of complex box designs, dramatically boosting overall operational efficiency.

Production width is adjusted via the HMI. By simply inputting the sheet dimensions, the system performs one-key setup, including glue positioning. With minimal tools required for component adjustments, operators can master the machine quickly, ensuring a low learning curve and rapid onboarding.

Working Principle

Feeder SectionEquipped with specialized feeding knives and a vibration motor for high-speed stability. Perforated belts and a suction device ensure sheets are delivered flat without skewing.
Printing DetectionComprehensive detection of spots, scratches, and mixed-batch errors. AI recognition is completed with a single sample, requiring no manual calibration or intervention.
Pre-folder SectionMaintains clear and stable pre-folding at high speeds for seamless downstream automation. Supports crash-lock bottom folding knives.
Crash-lock Bottom SectionFeatures a high-rigidity, pneumatic spring-loaded hook assembly, providing the most stable method for high-speed crash-lock bottom processing.
Gluing SectionSimply input parameters into the HMI, and the lower gluing tank will automatically align with the box glue-flap, saving time and labor.
Final-Folding SectionOptional single-plate folding knives for small box types. The left and right folding belts feature independent speed control for easy operation and efficiency.
Trombone SectionThe inspection system identifies defects, and the ejection unit automatically removes them without stopping the machine, ensuring continuous production.
Pressing Conveyor SectionThe heavy-duty conveyor ensures firm pressure without spring-back. Integrated electronic sensors automatically synchronize the conveyor speed with the main machine's operation.
Automation upgrade configuration
Auto. Glue Injection SystemReplacing traditional upper and lower glue wheels, this system offers convenient setup and cleaning. It reduces glue consumption while eliminating the problem of "glue slinging" (flying glue).
Pre-Feeding Carton for Folder GluerWith this configuration, a single operator can manage 2 to 3 production lines. The pre-stacking area accommodates 8 to 10 stacks of paper and features a foldable design for compact storage when not in use.
Box Collecting Packing MachineThis system allows a single unskilled operator to handle collection by simply placing, moving, and stacking cases. It is designed for use with hydraulic pallet jacks for efficient material turnover.
Auto. Case ErectorWhen integrated with the Case Packing Machine, it eliminates the need for operators to manually and frequently place outer packaging cartons.
Auto. Case Sealer & Strapping MachineWhen paired with the Case Packing Machine, it automates the sealing process, removing the need for manual carton sealing by the operator.
Easy PackAn economical collection solution that connects to the folder gluer’s conveyor section, enhancing the baseline efficiency of collection personnel.
Detection system configuration
Glue Detection System (Roll-on or Spray glue detection)Equipped with high-resolution sensors, this system provides real-time detection of low glue volume or missing glue. The controller is user-friendly and features an intuitive interface for quick operator mastery.
Barcode Detection SystemThe sensor performs a full digital assessment of each printed surface. With just one standard sample for calibration, the control software utilizes autonomous learning, eliminating the need for manual alignment. This is particularly critical for food and pharmaceutical packaging.

In this video, the GM-650G is equipped with a fully automatic positioning system, completing width adjustments in under 20 seconds. It features an integrated ejection unit that works in tandem with print and glue detection systems to automatically remove defective products.
