The KS-1350S Fully Automatic Folder Gluer comes standard with a counting & stacking conveyor, replacing traditional pressure conveyors. It delivers fast and stable production of express boxes, significantly boosting your output efficiency.

Working Principle

Feeder SectionPrecision Feeding: Features a suction device, perforated belts, electronic side gates, and pneumatic auxiliary knives to ensure straight, smooth paper delivery.

Monitoring: Integrated support frames and a monitor screen for optimized feed control.

Final Folding SectionHeavy-Duty Folding: Equipped with multi-angle guide wheels, large folding belts, and high-power motors—specifically optimized for stable folding of 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated board.

Trombone SectionEquipped with a squaring device and dual independent motors. Adjust differential belt speeds to reinforce alignment and create gaps between boxes, preventing collisions for smooth production.

Squaring & Stacking SectionFeatures high-speed feeding motors and belts that deliver sheets to the counter. The system applies instant braking once the preset count is reached to ensure accuracy.

Layering SectionAccurately stacks sheets layer-by-layer. Variable speed settings relative to the feeder facilitate seamless downstream counting and bundling.

Counting & Delivery SectionDischarges stacked sheets once the target count is reached, allowing for immediate strapping/packaging.

Automation upgrade configuration

Auto. Glue Injection SystemReplacing traditional upper and lower glue wheels, this system offers convenient setup and cleaning. It reduces glue consumption while eliminating the problem of "glue slinging" (flying glue).

Detection system configuration

Glue Detection System (Roll-on or Spray glue detection)Equipped with high-resolution sensors, this system provides real-time detection of low glue volume or missing glue. The controller is user-friendly and features an intuitive interface for quick operator mastery.
