Traditional feeding methods require one operator per folder gluer. With this Pre-feeding System, a single operator can manage an average of 2.5 machines, drastically boosting overall production efficiency!

Job changeover is manually adjusted, making it intuitive, time-saving, and labor-efficient. Even operators without prior experience can master it easily.

Working Principle

Efficient Material Storage & FeedingEquipped with a 1.5-meter modular storage conveyor, the system allows multiple stacks of products to be pre-loaded for continuous feeding. One operator can simultaneously support 2–3 folder gluers, significantly reducing labor costs.

Precise Height AdjustmentThe feeding height can be flexibly adjusted according to different product requirements, ensuring effective protection of product quality and integrity.

Wide CompatibilityFeaturing a universal platform design, the system is compatible with various box types, including paper cartons, corrugated boxes, and other packaging formats, meeting diverse production needs.

Non-Intrusive DesignThe system does not affect the original functions of the folder gluer and requires no machine relocation. Simply folding the feeding belt enables a quick switch back to manual feeding mode.
